Overflow?

Could you do with an overflow for your calls at your busiest time of year?
At busy times, the last thing you want or need is to lose important calls, after all, we’ve all hung up on an answer phone in our time or abandoned a call queue in frustration. Keeping callers waiting or making them leave messages is never good for the reputation. Our team of virtual personal assistants can be ready to answer overflow calls in your company name and handle them as per your brief. They’re all based in our office in Peterborough – to ensure the best and consistent standard of service - and you will be allocated a dedicated virtual PA who will head up your virtual team and be your main point of contact.

Our virtual PAs are intelligent, full of initiative and keen to help. They can give information, take details, or even patch the call back to you to handle. There’s no retainer or commitment on your part, you simply pay for what you use by the call or per administration hour.

It couldn’t be simpler and it can be set up in minutes and you can keep it in place so that it is there as a back-up whenever you need it. I hope this is something worth considering and will be in touch for your thoughts in the coming days.

Oh Yes It Is!

An awesome little service that is (as well as Panto time again). Just sitting in the office listening to one of the virtual PA teams dealing with their clients is both awe-inspiring and mind boggling. I'm next to Kelly, one of the team supervisors as she navigates her way between client administration and call answering like Santa on Christmas eve; practiced and slick as anything. One moment she's talking vaccinations for a visit to Africa, the next taking a caller through the vagaries of traffic law before flicking her attention to the performance statistics of her team and helping the virtual PAs prioritise their still-busy schedules to maximise customer service. http://www.virtualpa.co.uk/
